Warm 1 cup of coconut milk and stir in 1 tbsp. of our turmeric ginger honey. You can add more spices to taste if desired. Black pepper and coconut milk help make turmeric more bioavailable for your body to absorb, and the cayenne adds a nice warmth that helps clear congestion. If you prefer almond, soy or dairy milk, add 1tsp.coconut oil to your concoction. Remember to stir occasionally while drinking to keep spices distributed in the beverage.
