Dear Customers,
Honey orders can be picked up at our honey house or delivered to you within a 40km radius of Nith Valley Apiaries. Please place orders by Tuesday 10am for same week (Thursday) delivery. We generally do not charge for delivery. Though a delivery charge will apply for orders that require a special trip or are below a $200.00 order minimum.
**Due to the agricultural and seasonal nature of our honey, all pricing is subject to change without notice. We will do our best to send regular and any revised price lists to you if your email address is provided.
HOW TO ORDER THROUGH OUR SHOPIFY STORE:
1. Select from each variant and INDIVIDUALLY add to cart
2. Quantities can be adjusted in the side bar or at check out
3. Half cases are limited to ONE per variety
4. Our online store only processes credit cards so if you'd like to pay upon delivery send us an email or give us a call.
5. Don't see what you're looking for? Give us a call at 5196623165 and let us place your order for you.
6. At checkout please select LOCAL DELIVERY or LOCAL PICKUP we are not able to ship cases to you at this time. If you don't see an option for DELIVERY you may be under our minimum order or be outside of our delivery range.
If you selected LOCAL DELIVERY...
-Please make sure that your address and contact information are up to date
-Please include the following in your "note" at checkout;
Any Special Delivery Instructions (Side Door Entrance, Receiving instructions, unique parking restraints or requirements, etc)
-Please reach out if you have not received confirmation of your order from us on the week you'd like to receive the delivery.
If you selected LOCAL PICKUP...
-Please include the following in your "note" at checkout;
Date, Time And Name of the Individual Receiving Order
-Please make sure your selected time is during store hours
-As a general rule we prefer that wholesale orders for pickup follow the same schedule as orders that will be delivered. Please place your order before 10am on Tuesday and arrange for pickup during the same week.
