We collaborated with Mike's sister Jodi at Huckleberry Hives to create this limited time honey! This Summer Blossom Honey has been creamed and blended with home-grown spices for a delicious spreadable texture and a heat that is comfortable to most spice sensitive palates. The only ingredients are honey, garlic, and hot pepper flakes.
This honey is wonderful drizzled over pan-fried salmon, roasted chicken, or simply paired with cheese and crackers.
